| | 一、常规系列型号：1022-1系列 电子半导体器件、电子计算机、电子通讯设备和集成电路等微电子工业的生产车间和试验室为减少或消除静电危害，均需铺设防静电台垫或导电地垫，当防静电台垫（地垫）铺好并接地后，工作面将泄放人体静电，使人体与台面接触的esd镊子、工具、器具、仪表等达到基本均一的电位，使静电敏感器件（ssd）不受摩擦起电等静电放电现象产生的宽步面带的干扰，从而达到静电防护的效果。 防静电台垫主要用抗（导）静电材料和耗散静电材料合成橡胶等制做而成。表面层为约0.5mm厚的耗散静电层，底层为约1.5mm厚的导电层。常用为2mm双层复合结构，可供颜色有绿色、灰色、兰色、黑色、黄色等。 *表面电阻率：10*6-10*9ω *底层电阻率：10*3-10*5ω *磨耗率：< 0.02g/cm2 *静电散除时间：< 0.1s *长度、宽度、厚度、颜色均可选择导电地垫用优质导电材料合成橡胶等制做而成。表面及底层电阻率：10*3ω-10*6ω，常用颜色为黑色。 二、特殊系列型号1022-0 我公司具有雄厚的技术开发实力，可根据客户需求生产特殊要求的产品，以更好的满足、服务于客户。 | |
